1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over £50 (UK only).
  • Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing times.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package through our shipping partner’s website or from your account on Caffinex.shop.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ilicphilip@gmail.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the damage is verified.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
  • Address changes or order modifications can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • We can reship the order after receiving the corrected address and payment for the additional shipping charge.
